Workout Plan Generator
Describe the training week you want in a sentence. Get a full split you can edit, not a PDF you have to retype.
What you tell it
The generator asks for the things that actually change a program: what you want to bring up, how many days a week you can train, how long a session can run, and what equipment you genuinely have access to.
A full gym, dumbbells only and bodyweight produce different programs. That last question is the one most generators skip, and it is the reason their output is unusable in a hotel gym.
What you get
A whole multi-day split, not a single orphaned workout — routines assigned across the week, with exercises, target rep ranges and rest already set.
Everything it writes is an ordinary routine. Swap exercises, change rep ranges, delete a day. Treat it as a first draft from someone who has never met you, because that is what it is.
Limits and requirements
The generator needs an account, because the work happens off your phone. Free accounts get one generation to try it; Pro gets 40 a month.
It’s free, and it’s in the app
439 exercises, 40+ ready-made routines, and unlimited workout logging — no account required to start.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit an AI-generated workout?
Yes — it becomes a normal routine. Swap exercises, adjust rep ranges, change rest timers or delete whole days.
How many generations do I get?
Free accounts get one to try it. Pro includes 40 generations a month.
Does it work with limited equipment?
Yes, and it asks. You choose full gym, dumbbells only or bodyweight, and the program is built from what you actually have.
