Workout Log

The whole point of a training log is being able to answer “what did I do last time?” — instantly, months later.

What gets recorded

Every set carries a weight, a rep count and, if you want it, how hard it felt. Sets are tagged by type — normal, warm-up or drop set — so a ramp-up is never mistaken for working volume in your statistics.

Seven tracking types cover more than barbells: weight and reps, bodyweight, weighted bodyweight, assisted bodyweight, timed, timed with weight, and distance work. Pull-ups and planks are logged as what they are rather than forced into a weight field.

It works without an account

Solo mode is the default. Open the app, start logging, and everything is stored on your device — no sign-up, no email.

Making an account later adds cloud backup, sync across devices, the Gym Bros feed and leaderboards, and it brings your existing history with it. Nothing you logged beforehand is lost or stranded.

Starting a workout

  1. Open the Train tab and tap Start Workout on any routine.
  2. Enter weight and reps for each set as you go.
  3. The rest timer starts on its own when you complete a set.
  4. Tap Finish Workout to save it — the session lands in your History tab.

It’s free, and it’s in the app

439 exercises, 40+ ready-made routines, and unlimited workout logging — no account required to start.

How far back does my history go?

Is the workout log free?

Yes — unlimited workout logging is free, permanently, along with the full 439-exercise library and 40+ ready-made routines.
