Track Body Measurements

The scale is one number having a bad day. A tape measure and twelve weeks is an answer.

What you can log

Bodyweight, plus circumference measurements across multiple body parts, each with its own history and chart.

Bodyweight does double duty: it feeds your charts, and it is what bodyweight and assisted-bodyweight exercises use to compute the total load you actually moved on a set of pull-ups or dips.

Reading it honestly

Weight moves for reasons that have nothing to do with training — water, salt, sleep, the time of day you stepped on. Circumferences drift more slowly and lie less.

Measured next to your training volume and strength trend, the three together answer questions none of them answers alone: whether a stall is fatigue, whether a gain is muscle, whether a cut is costing you strength.

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Go to Body Tracker.
  3. Log your bodyweight or add a measurement — the charts update from there.

It’s free, and it’s in the app

439 exercises, 40+ ready-made routines, and unlimited workout logging — no account required to start.

Frequently asked questions

Which measurements can I track?

Bodyweight plus circumference measurements across multiple body parts, each charted over time.

Does bodyweight affect my logged workouts?

Yes. Bodyweight and assisted-bodyweight exercises use it to work out the total load on a set, so keeping it current keeps that volume accurate.

How often should I measure?

Weekly is plenty for circumferences. Daily weigh-ins are fine as long as you read the weekly average rather than any single day.
