Progress Photos
You cannot see a change you look at every day. A photo from twelve weeks ago can.
Private by default
Progress photos live in the Body Tracker and are private unless you decide otherwise. Nothing is posted to the feed, and nothing is shared with your gym bros, because the entire point of taking them is that they are unflattering.
The AI Body Projection feature is the one place a photo leaves the device: it is sent to be processed, the result comes back, and the image is never stored on our servers.
The timelapse
Photos taken over months can be exported as a timelapse video — the format that actually shows the change, because it removes the day-to-day noise of lighting, pump and time of day.
It sits alongside bodyweight and measurement charts, so the picture and the numbers tell the same story.
It’s free, and it’s in the app
439 exercises, 40+ ready-made routines, and unlimited workout logging — no account required to start.
Frequently asked questions
Are my progress photos private?
Yes, private by default. They are not posted to the feed and are not visible to anyone you follow.
Can I export a timelapse?
Yes — photos taken over time can be exported as a physique timelapse video.
How often should I take one?
Every two to four weeks, in the same light and the same pose. More often than that and you are mostly photographing your hydration.
