Abductors Exercises
The outer hip — glute medius and minimus — which move your leg away from the midline and, more importantly, stop your knee collapsing inward when you stand on one leg.
Their real job is stability, so single-leg work trains them as a side effect. Direct abduction work is useful if your knees track inward under load, which is common and correctable.
