Workout Streak Tracker
Streaks work right up until the week you get ill, and then they punish you for being human. This one has a freeze.
Weekly, not daily
The streak counts weeks in which you trained, not consecutive days. A daily streak punishes rest days, which are part of training rather than a failure of it, and it quietly pushes people into junk sessions to protect a number.
The freeze
One isolated missed week is absorbed rather than counted. Get ill, travel, have a week where work eats everything, and a year-long streak survives it.
Two missed weeks in a row breaks it — a streak that never breaks is not measuring anything. After the freeze is spent it has to recharge with a completed week before it can cover another.
Per-muscle streaks
Alongside the overall streak, each muscle group carries its own current and best. This is the number that exposes the thing you drop when a session runs long, which for most people is the same body part every time.

Frequently asked questions
How does the streak freeze work?
A single isolated missed week is absorbed rather than counted, so illness or a brutal work week does not erase a year. Two missed weeks in a row breaks the streak, and the freeze has to recharge with a completed week before it can cover another.
Is the streak daily or weekly?
Weekly. A daily streak punishes rest days, which are part of training rather than a failure of it.
What are per-muscle streaks?
Current and best streak for each muscle group separately, so the one you quietly drop when a session runs long has nowhere to hide.
