Exercise Progress Charts
Tap any lift and see its whole arc. This is the screen that answers whether the programme is working.
Three charts per lift
Estimated 1RM, taken from your best set on each day you trained the exercise. Volume load over the same period. And a consistency heat map of how often you actually showed up for it.
Together they separate the three ways a lift can be going well or badly: getting stronger, doing more work, or simply turning up. A stalled 1RM alongside rising volume is a different problem from a stalled 1RM alongside three missed weeks.
Nothing to set up
The charts are computed from the sets you already log. There is no separate tracking mode to enable and no extra fields to fill in — tap any exercise in your history and its chart is there.
